Terms of Service

By accessing or using NeSocial Tickets ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. Minors may use the platform under parental supervision.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• All ticket prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable booking fees where stated.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation of a free booking).
• Each booking generates a unique booking code and QR code that serves as your entry pass.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and tier purchased.
• Per-order limits are enforced. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in booking cancellation.

• Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased.
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be processed automatically.
• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us for a refund.
• Pending bookings that are not completed within 10 minutes are automatically expired and any captured payment is refunded.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

• Entry to events is granted upon scanning the QR code from your booking confirmation.
• The first scan is final — duplicate QR codes will be rejected at entry.
• Do not share your booking code or QR code. Anyone with the code can use it for entry.
• NeSocial is not responsible for unauthorized use of shared booking codes.

• Event details (date, time, venue, lineup) are provided by the event organizer and may be subject to change.
• NeSocial makes reasonable efforts to keep event information accurate but does not guarantee it.
• For externally-listed events, you will be redirected to a third-party booking platform. NeSocial is not responsible for transactions on external platforms.

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping).
• Use automated tools to purchase tickets in bulk.
• Provide false information during registration or checkout.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, text, and code — is owned by NeSocial Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

• NeSocial acts as a ticketing platform and is not the organizer of events listed on the Platform.
• We are not liable for event cancellations, changes, or the quality of the event experience.
• Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid for any booking-related issues.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized sharing of booking codes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
